| Kuvaus | RURITAGE-hanke pyrkii luomaan eri alueiden kulttuuriperintöä vaalivan ajatus- ja toimintamallin maaseutujen elinvoimaisuuden ja kestävän kehityksen tukemiseksi. Samalla parannetaan kulttuuriin ja luontoon liittyvien perinteiden hyödynnettävyyttä aluekehityksen tukena. |
| Kehittämistarve | Hankkeeseen on nimetty Euroopasta kuusi mallioppimiseen sitoutunutta innovaatioaluetta, joita kehitetään hankkeen aikana muiden toimijoiden kanssa uusiksi maailmanperintökohteiksi UNESCO:n listoille. Roolimalleina näille innovaatioalueille toimii jo 14 aiemmin UNESCO:n nimittämää maailmanperintökohdetta. Läpileikkaaviksi teemoiksi on valittu 11 eri aihepiiriä, kuten liiketoimintamallit ja ruokakulttuuri. Nämä ovat myös Savonian-ammattikorkeakoulun toimijoiden erityisosaamisalueita. |
| Toimenpiteet | Hankkeessa on mukana useita kouluttajia, kuten Savonia-ammattikorkeakoulun asiantuntijat, jotka toimivat hankkeessa tiedon tuottajina, kouluttajina ja asiantuntijoina useiden eri työpakettien alla monialaisesti 40 yhteistyökumppanin kanssa. Savonian tehtävänä on koordinoida liiketoimintamalliprosesseja kuudessa maassa (Italia, Saksa, Slovenia, Turkki, Itävalta, Norja). Yhteiskehittämisen ja innovaatiotyökalujen avulla haetaan investointistrategioita uuden kestävän liiketoiminnan ja innovaatioiden tueksi tuoden esille samalla alueemme hyviä käytäntöjä.
Hanke on tärkeä aluekehittämisen työkalu, näyteikkuna toiminnasta ja osaamisesta maailmalle. Hankkeen aikana kerätään yhteisesti kaikki alueemme parhaat käytännöt, esimerkit ja toimintamallit kulttuuriperintömme vaalimisen osalta yksiin kansiin ja saadaan nostettua aluettamme esille. Savonian keskeinen rooli on WP6 6 kpl liiketoimintamalliprosesseja, joihin osallistuu kaksi TKI asiantuntijaa. Lisäksi osallistumme budjetin sallimissa rajoissa muiden työpakettien toimintaan. Descriptions of all WPs: The overall objective of WP1 is to extract knowledge from successful heritage-led regeneration schemes in Role Models (RMs) in order to codify Practices and Lesson Learned to be replicated in the Replicators (Rs)(WP3). WP2 aims to foster social innovation potential, to ensure knowledge transfer and mutual learning and to develop a deep sense of ownership and responsibility among the rural areas inhabitants, mainly through local engagement. The main objectives of WP3 will be co-developing, co-implementing and fine-tuning of heritage-led regeneration strategies (plans) within the Replicators. Main objectives of WP4 are define and select the main set of cross-thematic and multiscale Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and assessment of the results, from the technical side to those related with social acceptance and economic analysis. Setting up a robust scheme to monitoring the performance and assessing the impact against the baseline defined regarding the challenges in the participating Replicators at the time of the proposal. WP5 will focus on the definition and implementation of the ICT platform for organization, categorization, integration, processing and visualization of rural cultural heritage information and knowledge circulating within RURITAGE. In particular, it will pursue the following objectives: WP6 aims at developing specific sustainable solutions and wider strategies for the replication and the further upscaling of the RURITAGE heritage led strategies developed and implemented within WP3. WP6 will develop a RURITAGE branding and narrative, built upon the six SIAs identified and specific tools and guidelines to support the wider upscaling of the RURITAGE paradigm. The overall objective of WP7 is to elaborate and implement a comprehensive Outreach, Communication and Dissemination Strategy for the RURITAGE project. This WP8 will deal with the management of the project activities and of the Consortium. This entails on one side organising the work with deadlines and defining control points and on the other side monitoring the quality of the project results, step by step. Under this WP the financial management of the project will be ensured and project meetings will be organized. Quality assurance and monitoring of the project itself will be included in this WP, with the aim of ensuring the efficiency and the effectiveness of the project implementation. |
