| Kuvaus | The main result of the project will be a Community of Practice (CoP). It will bring together public authorities and local communities to learn how digital tools and innovation can help people take part in planning and carrying out actions that make their regions more sustainable, prosperous, and resilient.
The CoP will first be formed by the 24 partners involved in the MINDSET, InnoGS, and Innovation in Urban Planning projects. ****** Hankkeen keskeinen tulos on käytäntöyhteisö (CoP), joka kokoaa yhteen julkiset toimijat ja paikallisyhteisöt oppimaan, miten digitaaliset ratkaisut voivat helpottaa ihmisten osallistumista alueidensa kehittämiseen. Tavoitteena on tukea kestävien, vauraiden ja elinvoimaisten alueiden rakentamista. CoP muodostuu aluksi MINDSET-, InnoGS- ja Innovation in Urban Planning -hankkeiden 24 partnerista. |
| Kehittämistarve | INCLUDE addresses a common challenge faced by many regions: how to fully use the strengths and potential of local communities to build prosperous, sustainable, and resilient places. To achieve this, communities must overcome several barriers, such as:
- Gaps in skills and knowledge - Limited involvement of young people and minority groups in local decision-making - The growing need to adapt to climate change - The difficulty of creating strong, locally rooted economies The overall goal is to strengthen the ability of public authorities and local communities to work together in shaping and developing their territories. ******* INCLUDE-hanke vastaa monien alueiden haasteeseen: miten hyödyntää paikallisyhteisöjen potentiaalia kestävien, elinvoimaisten ja resilienttien alueiden rakentamisessa. Tavoitteen saavuttamista hidastavat muun muassa: - Osaamisvaje - Nuorten ja vähemmistöjen vähäinen osallistuminen päätöksentekoon - Tarve sopeutua ilmastonmuutokseen - Paikallisiin vahvuuksiin perustuvien talouksien kehittämisen vaikeus |
| Toimenpiteet | The project brings together three partner projects to share knowledge and explore new ways for communities to take part in shaping their regions.
1. Collecting good examples Partners gather practical examples of how digital tools and collaborative methods can support community participation. These examples are shared in a common collection for all partners to use. 2. Working on three themes Partners explore: - digital technologies that help people get involved - co-creation methods for working together - ways to better engage young people and minority groups 3. Designing future pilot ideas Partners discuss how new tools and methods could work in real situations. Based on these discussions, each project develops initial pilot concepts that can be taken forward and refined after the project, depending on interest and opportunities. 4. Ensuring long-term impact The project turns its insights into practical recommendations, brings in new partners and identifies future funding opportunities to keep the Community of Practice active beyond the project. 5. Communication Results are shared widely through online channels and events so that communities and decision-makers across regions can benefit. ***** Hanke kokoaa yhteen kolme hanketta jakamaan tietoa ja etsimään uusia tapoja, joilla yhteisöt voivat osallistua alueidensa kehittämiseen. 1. Hyvien esimerkkien kerääminen Kumppanit kokoavat käytännön esimerkkejä siitä, miten digitaaliset työkalut ja yhteistyöhön perustuvat menetelmät voivat tukea asukkaiden osallistumista. Esimerkit kootaan yhteiseen aineistoon kaikkien hyödynnettäväksi. 2. Työskentely kolmella teemalla Kumppanit tarkastelevat: - digitaalisia teknologioita, jotka helpottavat osallistumista - yhteiskehittämisen menetelmiä - tapoja tavoittaa paremmin nuoret ja vähemmistöryhmät 3. Tulevien pilottien suunnittelu Kumppanit pohtivat, miten erilaisia digitaalisia työkaluja ja menetelmiä voisi soveltaa todellisissa tilanteissa. Näiden keskustelujen pohjalta kehitetään alustavia pilottikonsepteja, joita voidaan jatkossa edistää ja tarkentaa kiinnostuksen ja mahdollisuuksien mukaan. 4. Pitkäaikaisen vaikuttavuuden varmistaminen Hankkeen opit kootaan käytännön suosituksiksi. Lisäksi mukaan kutsutaan uusia toimijoita ja kartoitetaan tulevia mahdollisuuksia, jotta käytäntöyhteisön toiminta voi jatkua hankkeen jälkeen. 5. Viestintä Hankkeen tuloksia jaetaan laajasti verkossa ja tapahtumissa, jotta sekä yhteisöt että päätöksentekijät eri alueilla voivat hyödyntää niitä. |
