| Kehittämistarve | The co-teaching model of this project is a new way to combine academic and clinical teaching through a dual role structure for teachers and an administrative framework. It also promotes an interprofessional approach that units SUAS and the university disciplines, producing innovative and interdisciplinary practices at the Osmo Teaching Clinic. |
| Toimenpiteet | The project develops new ways to integrate education and professional practice in the social and health care sector. The aim is to create a model in which teaching is closely connected with real-world expertise, and where collaboration between different disciplines is strengthened.
The work progresses in phases. First, existing models that combine education and working life are reviewed. Based on this, a new operational model is co-created with experts through workshops and discussions. The model is continuously tested and refined based on feedback and practical experiences. The project also establishes an interprofessional teaching team that brings together expertise from different disciplines. At the same time, a shared pedagogical approach is developed, including methods such as case-based learning and shared supervision. In practice, the new teaching and collaboration models are piloted in both educational and clinical settings. The pilots include collaboration with university partners, with the aim of strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation and exploring further opportunities for integration. The model is further developed based on the lessons learned. Anna palautetta BizChatista |
