| Kuvaus | The project aims to improve the competencies and skills of adults in the 50+ group through a tailored training program to start their own entrepreneurial projects, pursue a career change, or work as freelancers. The project's main objective is to create a MOOC that covers all the necessary information and skills for late entrepreneurs. The project involves 6 partners from 5 European countries with extensive experience in business, education or through contact with the target group. |
| Kehittämistarve | Hankkeessa kehitetään MOOC yli 55-vuotiaiden yrittäjyyden aloittamisen tukeen. Hanke on kolmevuotinen ja käynnistyy maalis-huhtikuussa 2025. Koko Erasmus+-hankkeen budjetti on 400 000 euroa ja siitä Savonian osuus on 76300 euroa.

| Toimenpiteet | Eurooppalainen korkeakouluverkosto kehittää hankkeessa verkkosisältöä mid-life yrittäjyyden (yli 50-vuotiaat) edistämiseksi. Tavoitteena on luoda kaikkien käytettävisä olevaa sisältöä, joka auttaa uranvaihtajia, free-lancereiksi ryhtyviä ja yrittäjyyteen siirtymistä harkitsevia. Hankkeessa toteutetaan kohderyhmän tarvekaroitukset eri maissa, ja niiden perusteella tuotetaan verkkosisällöt. |
| Tulokset | The result is the creation of a MOOC made specifically to the needs of adults aged 50+ interested in late entrepreneurship. The MOOC will be created based on the findings of the research conducted by the project team. It is expected to be a comprehensive learning resource covering all the necessary information for late entrepreneurs. Additionally, the project aims to pilot the MOOC with at least 350 participants, collecting their feedback to ensure that the MOOC remains relevant andup-to-date. |
